"Embrujo" means "spell" in Spanish, and Ignacio Rodriguez believes truly exceptional coffee should feel just like that—magical. As the first farm in Colombia to be IMPACT verified, Finca El Embrujo is committed to sustainability and quality.

With a state-of-the-art microbiology lab, Ignacio is pioneering innovative fermentation techniques and organic composting, aiming to reduce chemical fertilisers by 25% while improving soil health. His year-round employment supports local workers, including 48 women who ensure only the best cherries make the cut.

Sustainable Practices & Precision Processing
Handpicked cherries are sorted, fermented for up to 120 hours, and dried using controlled methods for consistency and flavour. Powered by renewable energy, the farm also reuses processing water for irrigation.
