Attendant Coffee Roasters Subscription Agreement 

  

Welcome to the Attendant Coffee Roasters Subscription Service! We're thrilled to have you embark on a journey of exceptional coffee experiences with us. To ensure a clear understanding of the subscription process, please review the following subscription rule: 

  

Minimum Subscription Commitment: 

  

  1. Initial Commitment: By subscribing to our service, you agree to a minimum commitment of three (3) orders before any cancellation can be processed. This commitment allows you to fully experience the variety and quality of our coffee offerings.

  

  1. Subscription Cycle: Your subscription will automatically renew and you will be billed for each order according to your chosen frequency (e.g., weekly, bi-weekly, monthly) until you reach the minimum of three orders.

  

  1. Cancellation After Fulfilling Minimum Commitment: Once you have received and been billed for three orders, you are eligible to cancel your subscription. If you wish to cancel after fulfilling this commitment, you must notify us at least 7 days before your next scheduled shipment.

  

  1. Early Cancellation Fee: Should you choose to cancel your subscription before receiving the minimum three orders, please be aware that an early cancellation fee may apply. This fee is to cover the costs associated with the preparation and planning of your subscription.

  

  1. Pausing Subscription: If you need to pause your subscription for any reason, you may do so after fulfilling the initial three-order commitment. Pausing your subscription is a great way to manage your coffee supply according to your needs without cancelling your subscription.

  

  1. Modifications to Subscription: You are free to modify your subscription details (like coffee selection, grind size, or delivery frequency) at any time. However, these changes will not affect the minimum order commitment.

  

  1. Account Management: You can manage your subscription details through your online account on our website or by contacting our customer service team for assistance.
